A DIY Simple & Inexpensive Halloween Craft: Little Ghosts

I love DIY crafts, especially ones that are quick, easy, on a budget  and effective - like this little ghosts one! I first saw this simple project on TV many years ago as a kid and always remembered it. It only took about 10 minutes to make a few of them, using materials you probably already have around your home!

Here's what you'll need:

  • A Kleenex box and / or tissues
  • A black Sharpie marker
  • Elastic bands

Take one sheet of tissue and scrunch it up into a ball (it doesn't have to be perfect!).

Using another tissue, place the scrunched up Kleenex in the center.

Wrap the Kleenex around the scrunched up tissue to form this shape:

Secure an elastic band around the top.

Using your black Sharpie, draw on a little ghost face!

A few minutes later and you've got yourself a ghost!

I made a few other little ghosts to decorate around our fireplace.

And voilà!

Simple, quick, super cheap, and you can put these guys anywhere to celebrate your spooky night! (Unless it's raining outside, you might wanna keep them indoors or protected under a dry porch!)
