Last fall when some friends and I took a beautiful day trip to Niagara-on-the-Lake to see the Trisha Romance Galleries, it was one of those early autumn days where it was warm and quite hot in the sunshine but as soon as you stepped into the shade, you'd get goosebumps and a small shiver! I hadn't dressed properly that day and was constantly finding myself either too hot or too cold; I needed something light-weight to cover my shoulders without overheating.
After searching the shops for a bit, I found this pretty and super comfy shawl (about $12) at one of the local boutiques.
How lovely are these colours? Reminds me of spring time and all the beautiful pastel shades that come along with it :). No wonder why it called out to me!
The tag says it's 30% silk and 70% viscose fabric -- both extremely soft and comfortable textures against your skin!
I wrapped this thing around me and for the rest of the day, I was set! This shawl was exactly what I had needed to stay at the perfect, comfortable temperature.
