Why, hello there! I know it's been a few weeks since I've dropped in! Work has taken the better half of me lately..but I'm hoping it quiets down soon. With a busier schedule, it only means a better excuse for a yummy, healthy snack to take with you on the run. If you're anything like me, you love a good snack or two at the office before lunch hour, or as an afternoon pick-me-up. Cut-up apple slices sprinkled with some cinnamon are one of my favourite healthy and simple choices!
Literally...I don't think this post takes much explaining!: cut up some apples, sprinkle on some cinnamon. Done!
